1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Storyra, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for your account credentials and activity. You must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure.

3. What Storyra Provides

Storyra lets you create memory stories with text, images, and videos, and set story visibility.

• `Public`: visible to anyone with the link and may be indexed.
• `Unlisted`: accessible by direct link, but not intended for public discovery.
• `Private`: requires an access key you set.

Some publishing and storage features require a paid story pack purchase.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of your content. You grant Storyra a non-exclusive license to host, store, process, display, and transmit your content solely to operate and improve the service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload and share the content you post.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use Storyra to:

• Violate laws or third-party rights.
• Upload harmful, fraudulent, abusive, or infringing content.
• Interfere with, probe, or misuse service infrastructure.
• Attempt unauthorized access to any account or data.

6. Paid Story Packs and Billing

Paid story packs are purchased through a third-party checkout flow launched from Storyra. Prices, currencies, pack limits, and duration are shown in the app at purchase time.

Story pack eligibility (including expiration for non-lifetime packs) affects publishing and storage behavior. Except where required by law, purchases are non-refundable.

7. Service Availability and Changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may also update these Terms, and your continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or where needed to protect the service, users, or legal compliance.

9. Disclaimers

Storyra is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Storyra will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.
